Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of SDH-deficient GIST that has spread or cannot be surgically removed.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (at least 1 cm or 2 cm depending on the scan type).
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse on a recent scan before joining the trial.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be able to swallow and keep down pills.
  • You must have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, and blood counts) as determined by blood tests.
