Who can take part
- You are between 60 and 85 years old.
- You have persistently low blood counts (anemia, low platelets, or low white count) for at least 4 months with no other cause found.
- You have a genetic mutation associated with clonal hematopoiesis (CH) present in at least 10% of your blood cells.
- You are able to carry out daily activities without significant help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control if needed.
- You do not have active infections, serious heart disease, or a recent cancer (unless it was a minor skin or early stage cancer).
