Who can take part

  • You must have completed the earlier TNX-103 study.
  • Your doctor must agree that continuing this treatment could help you.
  • You cannot have severe liver problems (like cirrhosis or active hepatitis B or C).
  • Your kidney function must be good enough (eGFR above 30).
  • If you are a woman able to have children, you must use effective contraception and not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you are a man, you must agree to not donate sperm during the study.
