Who can take part
- Have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure (New York Heart Association Class II or III) and on guideline-directed therapy for at least 6 months.
- Have stable heart failure symptoms and no changes for at least 4 weeks.
- Be on a stable dose of vasodilator therapy for at least 4 weeks.
- Have adequate kidney function (estimated GFR >= 30).
- Have systolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg.
- Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 40.
- Not be of childbearing potential (e.g., postmenopausal or surgically sterile).
