Who can take part

  • You must be an active volleyball player for at least 5 years.
  • You have had ankle instability (feeling of giving way) at least twice in the last 6 months.
  • Your first ankle sprain happened more than a year ago and caused pain or swelling.
  • Your most recent ankle sprain was at least 3 months ago.
  • You have no history of ankle fracture or surgery on your legs.
  • You have no rheumatic, neurological, or heart disease.
