Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 79 years old.
  • You have a specific genetic change (mutation) linked to your lung disease.
  • Your lung scarring (interstitial lung disease) covers more than 10% of your lung on a recent CT scan.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are able to take the study medications: azithromycin, hydroxychloroquine, and prednisone.
