Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older
- You have at least one leg amputation (below the hip)
- You've had stump or phantom pain for at least one month, averaging 4 or more out of 10
- You've tried physical therapy and at least two pain medications without enough relief
- You have at least one tender spot (likely a neuroma) on the stump that causes shooting or tingling pain
- No uncontrolled depression, anxiety, or other major health issues, and you aren't pregnant
