Who can take part
- You have heart failure that is getting worse (symptoms like shortness of breath, swelling)
- Your heart's pumping ability is less than or equal to 45%
- You have a high NT-proBNP level (a marker of heart strain)
- Your blood pressure is at least 100 mmHg
- You are not currently using long-acting nitrates, other similar heart medicines, or intravenous inotropes
- You do not have a left ventricular assist device (heart pump)
