Chinese herb trial for brain bleed linked to amyloid angiopathy

Who can take part

  • You have a brain bleed in the upper part of your brain that is 40 milliliters or less.
  • You started having symptoms within the last 7 days.
  • Your doctor thinks it might be caused by a condition called cerebral amyloid angiopathy (protein buildup in brain blood vessels).
  • You are between 50 and 90 years old.
  • You are alert enough to give consent (GCS score of 8 or higher).
  • You have mild to moderate stroke symptoms (NIHSS score 25 or less).
