This trial tests a combination of two drugs, CVL237 tablets and Serplulimab injection, for people with advanced solid tumors that have lost or have low levels of a protein called PTEN. The goal is to see if this combination can help when other treatments have stopped working or are not an option.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor (like stomach, endometrial, cervical, ovarian, lung, breast, or other types) that has PTEN loss or low expression, confirmed by a special lab test.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after standard treatment, or you can't tolerate the side effects, or there is no standard treatment available.
  • You need to be in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (per RECIST v1.1).
  • You must have adequate organ and bone marrow function (checked by blood tests) without needing blood products or growth factors within 14 days of starting.
