Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have an advanced solid tumor (like stomach, endometrial, cervical, ovarian, lung, breast, or other types) that has PTEN loss or low expression, confirmed by a special lab test.
- Your cancer must have gotten worse after standard treatment, or you can't tolerate the side effects, or there is no standard treatment available.
- You need to be in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (per RECIST v1.1).
- You must have adequate organ and bone marrow function (checked by blood tests) without needing blood products or growth factors within 14 days of starting.
