  • You have been diagnosed with scoliosis by a doctor or X-ray.
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You have not had scoliosis surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You are willing to take part in the study.
  • You do not have a neurological condition, active spine inflammation, or serious heart or body-wide disease that could make exercise unsafe.
