Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with sarcopenia according to Asian criteria (loss of muscle mass and strength).
  • You are medically stable and able to exercise under supervision.
  • You are on hemodialysis 3 times a week for at least the last 3 months.
  • You have not had a heart attack or stroke in the last 3 months.
  • You have no memory or thinking problems that would make it hard to follow exercise instructions.
  • You have no severe joint or limb problems that prevent you from doing standard exercises.
