Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have end-stage kidney disease and have been on maintenance hemodialysis for at least one year.
  • You have been diagnosed with sarcopenia (a condition of muscle loss) by your doctor.
  • You can read and write and follow instructions.
  • You are willing to join the study and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have any bone or nerve problems that make exercise difficult, and your blood pressure and blood sugar are well-controlled.
