Who can take part
- Diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) by a doctor.
- The curve of the spine (Cobb angle) is between 10 and 25 degrees.
- Your child is still growing (Risser stage less than 4).
- Both you and your child agree to join the study and sign a consent form.
- No prior scoliosis exercises, physical therapy, or bracing for this condition.
- No other medical condition that could affect the spine or prevent safe exercise/traction.
