- You are between 45 and 80 years old.
- You have some ability to grip with your affected hand (even if weak).
- This is your first stroke (not a second one, and not a brainstem or bleeding stroke).
- You do not have vision problems that limit daily activities.
- You do not have other conditions (like arthritis or nerve damage) that already limit your hand use.
- You are willing and able to complete a 3-week rehabilitation program.
