Long-term safety study of lerodalcibep in children with high cholesterol

Who can take part

  • You must have completed the earlier study (LIB003-008) and received the last dose at week 20, plus the week 24 visit.
  • You must be between 6 and 17 years old.
  • Your weight must be more than 40 pounds (18 kg) and your BMI must be between 17 and 42.
  • You must be on a stable diet and taking your cholesterol-lowering medication consistently.
  • You must not have any medical condition that could make participation unsafe, and if you are a female who can become pregnant, you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding and must agree to use effective contraception.
