Who can take part
- You are being evaluated for or have been diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs).
- Your doctor has already recommended that you have a right heart catheterization (a procedure to check the pressure in your heart and lungs).
- You are not pregnant.
- You do not have structural heart disease (like a hole or valve problem), an irregular heartbeat, or a pacemaker.
- You can hold your breath for at least 30 seconds and follow instructions.
