Who can take part
- You must have sudden vision loss in one eye caused by a problem with the optic nerve (NAION), diagnosed by a doctor.
- Your vision loss must have started less than 14 days ago.
- Your vision in the affected eye should be between roughly 20/30 and 20/1000 on an eye chart.
- You cannot have vision loss in both eyes from this condition, or a history of giant cell arteritis.
- You must not have glaucoma or high eye pressure in the affected eye, or certain types of age-related macular degeneration.
