Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (either from a clot or a bleed) in the subacute stage, meaning it happened a few weeks to a few months ago.
  • Your age is between 40 and 60 years old.
  • You do not have severe problems with thinking or memory.
  • You do not have very stiff or tight muscles in your hand or arm that make it hard to move.
