Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have either stable mild to moderate liver impairment (Child-Pugh A or B) or a healthy liver.
  • Your kidney function is normal (creatinine clearance at least 60 mL/min).
  • Your weight is at least 50 kg for men or 45 kg for women, with a BMI between 18 and 32.
  • You have no severe allergies, heart rhythm problems, or recent major surgeries.
  • You are willing to avoid pregnancy and follow contraceptive rules for 6 months after the study.
