Who can take part

  • You are between 21 and 35 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 29.9.
  • You gave birth within the last 6 weeks to 6 months, either vaginally or by C-section.
  • You do not have a history of spine problems, like scoliosis or kyphosis.
  • You have not had any surgery on your belly or spine.
  • You are not currently in physical therapy for back or stomach issues.
