Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with a thymus gland tumor (thymoma or thymic carcinoma)
- Your tumor is locally advanced but can still be surgically removed (stage III or IVA)
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy for this tumor
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow) and are in good physical condition (ECOG 0 or 1)
- No active autoimmune disease or serious heart problems
