Tunlametinib combo for KRAS-mutated advanced lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer has a KRAS mutation (including G12C or other types).
  • You have tried standard first-line treatment, and it no longer works or caused bad side effects.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are in good enough health to be active and care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
