Who can take part

  • You have pain at the top of your shoulder
  • Your shoulder pain is more than a 2 out of 10 on a pain scale
  • You can lift your affected arm above your head (past 140 degrees)
  • You are able to do all the study activities without trouble
  • You do not have severe shoulder pain (more than 6 out of 10)
  • You have not had shoulder fractures or surgery on the shoulder joint
