Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have mild to moderate heart failure symptoms (NYHA class II or III)
- Your heart's ejection fraction is less than 50%
- Your NT-proBNP level is high (>=600 if normal rhythm, >=900 if atrial fibrillation)
- You have been taking sacubitril/valsartan (at least 49/51 mg twice daily) for at least 4 weeks
