Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- Your cancer must be a type called MSS or pMMR (meaning it doesn't have certain repair problems).
- Your cancer must have spread to at least two different spots, with one spot at least 2 cm wide and another smaller than 2 cm.
- You must have already tried and failed at least two types of chemotherapy (including platinum and irinotecan).
- You must be able to swallow pills and have a good ability to do daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You cannot have large tumors (over 10 cm), brain metastases, or certain autoimmune or heart conditions.
