Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a diagnosis of CMML or a related MDS/MPN overlap syndrome.
  • Your platelet count must be above 50,000 and your white blood cell count above 1,000.
  • You need to be in fairly good health (able to do daily activities with some help).
  • You cannot have had prior treatment with interferon or azacitidine.
  • You must not have severe depression, eye problems, or an active infection.
