Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have advanced or metastatic EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV).
  • You must be in fairly good physical condition (able to care for yourself and do daily activities).
  • You must be willing to follow a special plan to prevent and manage skin problems and infusion reactions during treatment.
  • For some groups: you must have either a specific EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R) or an EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation, and have not had prior treatment for advanced disease (or have had only one prior targeted therapy, depending on the group).
