Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with PNH and at least 10% of your blood cells show PNH changes.
- You have been on a stable dose of eculizumab or covalizumab for at least 6 months.
- You have needed at least one blood transfusion in the last 4 months, or your hemoglobin has been consistently below 10 g/dL.
- You have a high level of LDH (a marker of red blood cell breakdown) in your blood, more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal.
- You have received vaccines for meningitis and pneumonia at least 2 weeks before starting HS-10542, or you will take preventive antibiotics if starting sooner.
