Who can take part
- You must have finished the earlier phase 2 study of LP-005 injection for PNH.
- You must agree to keep receiving the study drug in this extension study.
- Your study doctor must agree that continuing LP-005 is right for you.
- You need to be vaccinated against meningitis and pneumonia, and get boosters if your protection runs out.
- If you or your partner could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
