This trial tests a brain-computer interface (a device implanted in the brain) to help people who have had a stroke regain arm movement. It may help if you have a single stroke that happened 6 to 18 months ago and still have trouble using your arm.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You had a single stroke (due to a clot) that affected one side of your brain, 6 to 18 months ago.
- You still have a weak or hard-to-move arm because of the stroke.
- You are able to take part in a rehabilitation program.
- You have no metal clips or implants in your brain, and you can have an MRI, CT, or PET scan.
- You do not have certain health issues like severe spasticity (stiffness), dementia, epilepsy, or skin infections on your scalp.
