  • You are a man between 18 and 40 years old
  • You have been doing weight training at least 3 times a week for over a year
  • You actively compete or train in weightlifting, bodybuilding, or strength sports
  • You have been cleared by a doctor for physical activity
  • You do not have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device
  • You have not had a muscle or joint injury in the last 6 months
