Who can take part

  • You must be 12 years old or older.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis and be in stable health.
  • You must weigh at least 40 kg if 18 or older, or at least 30 kg if under 18.
  • Your lung function (FEV1) must be at least 40% of normal, and your oxygen level at rest must be 92% or higher.
  • You must not smoke or have smoked in the last 2 years.
  • You must be willing to follow all study procedures and attend follow-up visits.
