Who can take part

  • You are an adult (18 years or older) and can sign consent and follow study steps
  • You have confirmed cystic fibrosis (CF) based on CF findings and genetic/sweat test results
  • Your lung function is in a moderate range (FEV1 predicted between 40% and 90%)
  • You have good breathing oxygen levels (at least 92% oxygen saturation on room air)
  • You have not started any new long-term CF medicines or changed them within 28 days before the first dose
  • You are not pregnant or nursing, and you can follow required birth-control rules
