Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have one of the following autoimmune diseases that has not responded to standard therapy: lupus, scleroderma, inflammatory myopathy, ANCA vasculitis, or connective tissue disease with low platelets.
- Your blood cells must have the markers CD19 or BCMA on B cells – these are targets for the treatment.
- Your major organs (like bone marrow, liver, kidneys) must be working well enough, as determined by blood tests.
- You must not have serious infections, recent cancers, heart failure, or be pregnant.
