Who can take part

  • You have an autoimmune disease like lupus, scleroderma, Sjogren's syndrome, or other listed conditions.
  • Your standard treatments have stopped working or are not an option for you.
  • You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are working well enough (based on tests).
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant for 2 years after the treatment.
  • You have not had CAR-T therapy or another gene therapy before.
