Who can take part

  • You must be between 3 and 39 years old.
  • You have medulloblastoma that has returned at least once after previous treatment.
  • You have had radiation therapy as part of your earlier treatment.
  • You need to have surgery to collect a sample of your tumor for the vaccine.
  • You must be able to have an MRI scan of your brain and spine before and after surgery.
  • You need to be on a seizure medication (like levetiracetam) during the vaccine treatment.
