Heart rehab for cardiac amyloidosis patients

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with cardiac ATTR amyloidosis (a buildup of abnormal protein in the heart) based on specific bone scans, and you do not have a related blood cell disorder.
  • You are able to safely complete a stress test (like walking on a treadmill).
  • You can commit to a 5-week rehabilitation program starting within 30 days of your stress test.
  • You do not have life-threatening heart rhythm problems or severe heart failure symptoms at rest.
