Who can take part
- Confirmed diagnosis of FSGS, MCD, or IgAN by kidney biopsy
- Kidney function at least moderately preserved (eGFR ≥ 45)
- Significant protein in urine and low blood protein levels (for FSGS/MCD) or moderate-to-high protein in urine (for IgAN)
- No diabetes, active infections, or HIV/hepatitis B or C
- No current or untreated tuberculosis (TB)
- BMI below 35 if you have FSGS or MCD
