Testing EVER001 for kidney protein-loss diseases

Minimal Change Disease (MCD)IgA Nephropathy (IgAN)Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS)

Part of Immune system & allergy, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This study tests a new drug called EVER001 to see if it can reduce protein loss in urine and improve kidney function in patients with specific kidney diseases (FSGS, MCD, or IgAN). These are autoimmune kidney conditions that cause the kidneys to leak protein into the urine.

Study of BAT4406F injection for MCD and FSGS

This trial tests an injected drug called BAT4406F for people with Minimal Change Disease (MCD) or Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), two types of kidney diseases that cause swelling and high protein in urine. It aims to see if the drug can help patients who have responded well to steroid therapy in the past.

Exploring RG002C0106 in people with varying kidney function

This study tests a new medicine, RG002C0106, to see how it is processed in people with normal or mildly to moderately reduced kidney function. It helps researchers understand how kidney function affects the drug, which is important for future dosing recommendations.
