Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 65 years old
- Your body mass index (BMI) falls into one of these categories: normal weight, overweight, obesity class I, or obesity class II-III
- You haven't had any medical or surgical treatment for obesity in the last 6 months
- You can understand instructions and fill out questionnaires
- You do not have a neurological disorder (like stroke or Parkinson's), serious joint or inflammatory disease, or severe orthopedic issues that limit movement
- You haven't had major surgery in the last year or an acute muscle or joint injury in the last month, and you are not pregnant
