Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (a specific type of spine curve with no known cause)
  • Aged 10 to 19 years
  • Spine curve (Cobb angle) between 10 and 45 degrees
  • Not had spine surgery or any previous scoliosis treatment (like braces or therapy)
  • No other conditions that affect your muscles, nerves, heart, lungs, or balance
