Treatments studied
Part of Brain & nervous system, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This study tests an injected medication called HDM1005 to see if it helps reduce sleep apnea events in people who are obese and already use a CPAP or other PAP machine. You will continue using your PAP device during the study, and the medication may improve your sleep apnea and help with weight loss.
This trial tests an injection called HRS9531 to see if it helps people with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and obesity who already use a CPAP or similar breathing device. It may help by reducing weight and improving breathing during sleep.
This trial tests an injectable medication (HRS9531) to see if it helps people with both obstructive sleep apnea and obesity. It compares the drug to a placebo (no active medicine) to check safety and effectiveness.
This study tests an injected medication to see if it helps reduce the severity of obstructive sleep apnea in people with obesity. The trial will compare the drug to a placebo over several months to check safety and effectiveness.
This trial tests how a new drug called GZR18 (given as an injection) affects the body in people with different levels of kidney function. It aims to find the right dose and check for side effects, which could help guide treatment for people with kidney issues.
