This trial tests an injection called GZR18 to see if it helps people with obesity and obstructive sleep apnea who already use a CPAP machine. It may lead to weight loss and improve sleep apnea.
This trial tests an investigational weekly injection called XW003 for weight loss in people who have obesity and moderate-to-severe sleep apnea but do not use a CPAP machine. It aims to see if the drug can help with weight loss and improve sleep apnea without the need for a breathing machine.
This trial tests an injectable medication (HRS9531) to see if it helps people with both obstructive sleep apnea and obesity. It compares the drug to a placebo (no active medicine) to check safety and effectiveness.
This trial tests a new injection (GZR102) compared to two other injections (GZR4 and GZR18) in overweight adults. The goal is to see how well the body processes each drug and their effects. It may help researchers find a better treatment for weight management.
This study is for people who finished a previous weight loss trial and want to continue treatment with an injectable medication GZR18. It tests how well the medicine works over a longer period.
This study tests an injected medication to see if it helps reduce the severity of obstructive sleep apnea in people with obesity. The trial will compare the drug to a placebo over several months to check safety and effectiveness.
