Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 79 years old.
  • You had a severe heart attack (STEMI) that caused your heart to pump weakly (cardiogenic shock).
  • You already had a procedure to open the blocked artery in your heart (like a stent or bypass).
  • Your blood pressure stayed very low or you needed medicine to keep it up, and you had signs of poor blood flow (like confusion, cold skin, low urine output, or high lactate).
  • You do not have a tear in your heart wall, a history of cardiac arrest, active cancer, uncontrolled infection, or an autoimmune disease needing immune-suppressing drugs.
  • You are not pregnant, and you can understand and agree to the trial risks and treatment.
