Ultrasound test to predict fluid needs in sepsis

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have sepsis with at least two signs of infection-related inflammation, like fever or fast heart rate
  • You are breathing on your own, not on a breathing machine
  • You have signs of poor blood flow, such as low blood pressure or cold hands and feet
