Who can take part
- You are a man aged 75 years or older.
- You have advanced prostate cancer that your doctor says can be treated with enzalutamide (e.g., cancer that has returned after treatment, has spread, or is resistant to hormone therapy).
- You are currently receiving hormone therapy (by shots or surgery to remove the testicles).
- You do not have cancer that has spread and become resistant to hormone therapy (metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer).
- You do not have severe pain from bone metastases, spinal cord compression, or bone fractures.
- You have not had a seizure, moderate to severe dementia, or certain kidney or liver problems.
