This trial tests a new medicine called VE303, a live bacterial therapy, to prevent C. diff infections from coming back. It is for people who have had C. diff at least once in the last 6 months, or who are at high risk for a repeat infection due to age or other health problems.
This study tests a new antibody (AZD5148) to prevent C. diff infection from coming back. If you have a current C. diff infection and are being treated with antibiotics, you may be able to join.
This study tests a new live bacteria product (EXL01) given with vancomycin to prevent C. diff from coming back. It is for people who have already had C. diff two or more times and are at high risk of another infection.
This study tests whether specific lifestyle changes during treatment for C. difficile infection (a serious gut bacteria infection) can help prevent it from coming back. You'll receive standard antibiotic treatment and follow a controlled diet while researchers track your recovery.
This trial tests whether a gradual decrease (taper) of vancomycin can stop C. diff infections from returning. It’s for adults with their first or second C. diff infection who can take pills by mouth.
This trial tests if capsules containing fecal microbiota can prevent further Clostridioides difficile infections in people who have had at least two recurrences. If you've had multiple C. diff infections and your symptoms go away with antibiotics, this treatment might help keep them from coming back.
