Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have or be recovering from a C. diff infection with diarrhea (at least 3 loose stools in 24 hours for 2 days) and a positive stool test.
- You must be starting or already taking an antibiotic for this C. diff infection, with a planned treatment of 10 to 28 days.
- You must weigh at least 77 pounds (35 kg).
- You should not have had a fecal transplant or be planning one within the next 6 months, and you should not have had the C. diff antibody bezlotoxumab in the last 6 months.
