- You are 18 years old or older
- You are scheduled for minimally invasive bypass surgery (MIDCAB) connecting your chest artery to your heart's left front vessel
- You have not had a recent stroke or bleed in your brain
- You do not have a known bleeding disorder or severe kidney or liver disease
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are not having a stent procedure (PCI) at the same time as your bypass surgery
