  • Diagnosed with ME/CFS before your cognitive or brain fog problems started
  • Experiencing mild or greater difficulty with thinking, memory, or concentration
  • Experiencing moderate or greater brain fog that affects daily life
  • Able to travel to the University of Alabama at Birmingham lab multiple times
  • Have internet access and a computer, laptop, or tablet at home
  • Willing to have an MRI scan and give blood samples during the study
